Mr. Hu Zhanshan graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a LLM in 1989. Since 1989, Mr. Hu Zhanshan has been working in the Ministry of Justice in various departments and positions such as Department of Legal Publicity , Director of Department of Guidance of lawyers and Public Notaries, Deputy Director-General of Bureau of Judicial Expertise , Secretary General of China Legal Aid Foundation.
